At Foodz, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction with every order. If your items arrive damaged or do not meet your expectations, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your Foodz account and navigate to 'Order History' to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
- 2.Pack Securely
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact and the product is securely cushioned to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package over any old barcodes.
- 4.Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
